grow your bangs very long and start using something thick like tres flores or bryll cream. it will take quite a while to train your hair to lay back the way you want it. I did that for a couple years when i was a kid and it took about 6 months for the hair to lay back like that without having to use so much goo. After I cut it to nothing and it grew back, its back to normal now. Too much of a headache if you ask me unless you are trying to maintain it that way for life.
