Do I look better better with my hair combed up or down ??

I have allways pushed my hair up and had it back for a few years now but my brother suggested I have it down as it would look better. I tried this and I am not sure if it looks better or not. I was wondering if you guys could tell me which style looks better on me. I have included photos of each here:

honestly it depends on what you want to be.

when it's down, you look ready for a party, but at the same time casual. Good for dates, if you are comfortable and know the person you are dating pretty well.

when its up, you look ambitious. I guess you should have your hair up when you are applying for a job.

but both of them look good, so it's up to you on how you have it.

i like both. i think it should depend on the occasion. it would be cool if you wore both sometimes. i like down for casual occasions, like class, a party, hanging out with friends. but as someone else suggested, i like it up for something like applying for a job, meeting your girlfriend's parents, or just whenever you feel like looking a bit dressier or if you're just bored with the other look.

i get bored with my hair a lot. mostly i wear it straight, but every once in a while when i want to do something different i'll wear it curly and i always get lots of compliments. most people just wear their hair the same old way every day!
