Has anyone taken either topomax, seroquel, or depakote (either by themselves or together) and suffered from hair loss? If you did suffer hair loss, did if fall out in clumps or just as you washed or brushed/combed your hair? If you did take topomax and lost weight, how long did it take you to start losing weight? Thank you.

Depakote made my hair fall out something fierce. I would have to clean my brush and comb out every time I would use them. Even if I pushed my hair behind my ears 10 or 20 hairs would come out.

I know someone who had really bad hair loss from depakote. It fell out mostly during washing or brushing.

I've been on topamax for 6 years and lost weight my 1st year and tapered off. everyone is different. ask your pharmacist about these medications and he can tell your more than anyone.
