I am gonna but my hair like Josh Holloway but I am not sure what are the instructions to give my stylist. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Also, how do I make my hair ''hold in'' position like his. Coz, whenever I comb my hair and look down, my hair gets messed up again. Should I use mousse? Thanks!
