She puts oil on her hai every third day, takes vitamins, and makes sure to comb her hair wihout beaking too much hair. She says that she used to have really thick hair, but that in the past three years, it has thinned by a third. If you guys know anyhing that worked for you, could you tell what it was and how long it took for it to work on your hair? Certain shampoos, oils, foods, or vitamins?
Do any of you know how to grow thicker hair? My sister is having a problem with her hair.?
tell her to not wash it everyday. maybe twice a week. also rosemary, coconut ang garlic oil mixed together, heated and put all over the scalp with cotton balls really helps. she should also buy lavender oil (at GNC, the rest at any other beauty supply) and mix it into the solution. tell her to eat prooperly. alot of GREEN veggies does the trick. Beans too. when she goes to sleep tell her 2 tie a scarf aroung her hair so that it wont break! When she washes her hair tell her to stand under COLD water, this brings circulation into the head. ALso tell her to leave her hair in a loose pony tail (a soft scrunchie) OR a loose braid.
Good product are definatley
infusium 23 (leave in treatment)
Dr miracles
Doo gro
Pink
and pills "Ultra Nourish Hair' (at GNC)
good luck and tell her not to stress, that makes it worst.

As a woman who also used to have thick hair, I remember
that mine started to thin a bit after having my first baby. I was
told it might have had to do with the anesthetic they used. But
it has gotten thinner as I've aged. And now I have what they
call, male pattern baldness. So it's time for a hair weave or
something. I don't like "wide parts" LOL.
Many years ago, I had an allergic reaction to a well known
shampoo, and my hair was really falling out. And my doctor
persribed a very stinky shampoo that was maroon like in
color and it was the right remedy for my problem. My hair
grew back in little stubbles at first and then got longer til it
was normal length. I was sure scared for awhile. I thought I
was going to be bald in no time.
I would advise your sister to see her doctor and let him run
a blood scan to see if her system is lacking in certain vitamins or iron or whatever. The remedy could be as close
as a vitamin bottle.
